This is the same guy from a while back that tried selling a Christmas DS bottle with regular DS inside and said it was “sent to him that way”. He’s now trying to sell a ‘15 USA DS “as-is” because it’s clearly refilled with something else.

Sooooooo, someone is paying $40+ for a label. Wow.
I have an empty Pumpkin Spice bottle. Wondering if I can sell just it for $100. May have to give it a go.
I have a 2018 pumpkin spice that I’ll sell you for $80...it’s definitely not on Adam’s site so don’t bother checking ???

Thanks guys, I just wanted to see if there’s something I could use if/when I run out of the MRB while waiting for a new shipment.

It has chemicals that dissolve iron. It’s pretty harsh stuff. It’s also safe for clear coat finishes with the caveat that you really don’t want it to dry on the vehicle. So be aware of that and use it. We use it on every detail.
That’s good to know. I guess using it in smaller sections rather than the whole vehicle at once would be much better.
-
So the iron remover doesn’t have any harsh chemicals that could potentially damage the clear coat, correct? I wanted to try a bottle of it but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

As far as washing with a perfume/dye free detergent, does anyone have any particular brand they’d recommend?
-
I believe they’re around 1000 lumens.

Check out the company NiteCore. It’s all I use at work and they’re extremely bright. May be a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Beautiful car man??I’ve always been a fan of those. Cleans up really nice. Best of luck with it.

If you really want the Grand Cherokee to pop for the drive down, hit it the morning of or at most the day before with a top coat of Brilliant Glaze. I followed the recommendation from @falcaineer recently and was very pleased with how it made my dark red car shine.
Also, if you haven't already done so, I'll recommend putting together a travel bag. You can keep it simple by having the basics, Waterless Wash, Detail Spray, Glass Cleaner, a Plastic Razor Blade and a few towels. If space is an issue, you can stop by most hobby stores and pick up a set of 4 OZ spray bottles and funnel.
Sweet, I appreciate the feedback. I planned on bringing a few small items, maybe a waterless wash, Detail Spray and Glaze. Just in case.

Thanks, Ray! Happy that turned out well for you.
And Joe, if you do take the travel kit, consider including BG so you can touch up the Jeep from the drive and then throw another coat on right before you get there. It can be layered and doesn't bulid up, so don't worry about decreasing your visual appeal...it will shine like a new penny!
One other thought before you leave, seal your glass. Adam's GS is awesome and will make bugs, etc. easeir to remove. And of course help with rain.
Thanks!
i actually bought a bottle for that specific reason. I want us to be able to see during those random downpours.

Not sure if it’d work or if you have tried it, but I’ve had luck with WD-40. Let it soak in the area and try those plastic blades mentioned above.

@js1990 I love it. Adds a little too drying time but well worth it. I put it on a couple of weeks after coating with wax. Only used half a bottle on two four door Jeeps. Watch the video on YouTube, it's easy to get the hang of.
Nice, thanks for the pointers. My girlfriend and I are going to drive from NJ to FL and I want her Grand Cherokee to be spotless for the trip down. I’ll definitely check the video out though ??

Hell yeah! Every time I’ve called, it’s always been excellent. They're always are trying to please the customer. If only every company was like that ?

Yes I used the after washing and drying method. Little goes a long way.
Awesome. That’s good to know. I have 2 bottles but haven’t used it. I’ll have to try it out. Thanks man!

Clay alone won't do it. The clay will remove the containmanents but if its etched, you'll need to break out the machine and maybe even sand paper.
Yeah there’s this one spot that I’ve tried everything. I just bought a polisher and some new pads so hopefully that’ll work. It definitely helped a little, but now where I want it to be. Thanks though??

Unless you cut it too short and wind up with 6 extra drops! But that would make a good entry for this thread. ?
??? definitely don’t want those 6 drops. You’ll be screwed!
-
Or you can cut it and just dump the 3 remaining drops in to a new bottle...
Another one on eBay..
