Should I buff by hand or machine? SK 15mm?

Used the paint coating. Note: the hood has been finished with brilliant glaze to remove the streaking....to get this result.

HELP! I recently Ceramic coated my camaro and had some streak in places around the car. Went with the Briallant glaze method to correct them and it worked perfectly....except on the hood!! Attached are pics of the current state of the Matte Black Vinyl hood. Note, it hasn't looked this bad until after my last wash...which wasn't any different to previous washes. All Adams products used for everything.

Is h20 G&G ok to use on a ceramic coated vehicle or would spray wax or even boost be better?

So I coated my 19 SS Camaro 1LE about a week ago. I've got some streaking on a few of the panels and have corrected most of that. Had some on the matte black hood those and having issues removing them. Tried Brilliant Glaze and that seemed to have made it worse...any suggestions? Also, as for the normal painted portions of the car (its black) after its first wash since the coating, what was a near perfect surface has already started to show swirls. Any ideas there? Thanks in advance for my first post!!
