  1. So I have a question I have my 21 ranger (black) everything you see says 18-24 months of protection. The bottle says 12-18 months. Comments in places people are saying barely a year. I strip washed and clayed and polished and used surface prep then coated. I plan on using graphene shampoo and maybe graphene detail spray once a month or every other month? My truck is a daily driver and not garage kept. Only maybe 7,000 miles a year. How can I get more than a measly year from this? Is it safe to pull the polisher out on this paint every year without wearing through the clear and paint? For all the work I did should I have just did the real coating? Let’s chew through the fat what’s honest take on this? Too much conflicting info. I love adams polishes stuff but I plan on keeping my truck a long time and don’t want to waste time on something I’ll have to do every single year and eventually wear though the paint polishing every year. Why say 2 years when people barely even get 1? Help me and many others out. Thanks in advance.

  2. Have a question, I’m about to do the graphene advanced spray coating on my ranger. They say to prepare plastic, bumper tops, bed caps etc… to use tire and rubber cleaner. But since I’ll be using strip wash can I use the wheel and tire cleaner instead since I actually have that on the plastics? I also have the surface prep spray. I don’t have tire and rubber cleaner and won’t be able to get it before I start doing it.

  3. So today i was polishing my truck. 21 ford ranger black shadow. Well I started working on my door and I noticed when I was done and wiped away the compound it was full of hazy, swirly type marks all over it. I was using the adams blue compound and blue pad with swirl killer. Maybe speed was at 4 or 5. Then I went to the polish at speed 5 and had to work the hell out of it for awhile to get it looking good. Is this a result of user error? May pass are very well cleaned so I don’t know. Also one last question. I notice doing my upper front bumper and grooves/indents on doors the polisher seems like it doesn’t want to spin. Any technique for that? Thanks in advance…

  4. I want to add something as well. Speaking of drying. I feel like I have my wash routine down with the 2 bucket method being my rinse water has the dirt and my other bucket is pretty clean. so I feel new light marring I am starting to see may be from drying. I clayed and compounded and polished this truck about 2 months ago I’m just trying to fix all my issues so I’m good.

  5. I seem to be having a dilemma. I have a black 21 Ford Ranger. Well I used a few different towels and right now the 2 I have are the jumbo plush grey towel and the white ultra plush drying towel. I use detail spray as a drying aid, I wash each towel after every use. I spray using the microfiber revitalizer and add some to the wash. It seems the jumbo plush grey towel after couple uses smears at first and eventually leaves streaks behind. The ultra plush white towel doesnt appear to leave streaks till it’s too wet. Am I missing something? Am I tripping?
