What Ceramic Coating for a winter daily driver

I've heard it mentioned that after a hard winter (especially in areas with harsher winters) that you may likely need to paint correct & recoat your ceramic coating. Is this true for the harder 8-9 year type coatings like Graphene Advanced? Will they maintain their durability for a few winters? Thanks, Cuzin
