  1. I haven't tried this stuff yet... I want too!
  2. Got together with some of the guys over the weekend for some photos taken by my girlfriend AKA DJL Photography. First stop, secret locations within the Kings Park Pysch Center! Took the McLaren off road to get to some of these spots. After that, we met up with a few more friends before cruising down to Elite Motorsports in Farmingdale. Once we arrived, Kai (owner of Elite) pulled everyone inside for some AC and beers! Gotta love it:thumb: It's going to be a good summer, that's for sure!!!
  3. With the weather FINALLY coming around on this side of the country, it was time to start this season off with a bang! Word quickly got out about the first Cars and Coffee of 2013 here on Long Island which led to an awesome turn out! Started off by meeting 90% of the crowd at a rest stop off the L.I.E. before taking a nice 20 minute cruise to Millennium Diner in Smithtown to meet the rest. Plenty of parking and space in the Diner made the event that much better without having any hassle through out! There will be many in the near future (already getting ideas together for the next event in May), so if you're in the area and would like to attend, let me know!!! Pictures taken by DJL Photography. Enjoy
  4. With no further delay, here are some pictures of my 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10 with the first round of modifications complete! The Belanger combo is absolutely incredible! I advise anyone who would like to continue whatever relationship they have with their neighbors to stay far away from this set up! Performance: Belanger Headers Belanger Exhaust K&N Air Intake Michelin Pilot Super Sports Cosmetic: Wheels powder coated black Calipers painted yellow with black "Viper" logo Valve covers painted black with yellow "Viper" logo Intake plenum and throttle body painted black Interior gauge/shifter console painted black with yellow gauges Fuel door painted black Side and rear logos replaced with black letters Shift and e-brake boots replaced with black with yellow stitching Pictures of the engine bay and interior will be up ASAP! Up next for modifications... Performance: Vipair coil overs Performance tune Cosmetic: Tinted windows Painted taillights and side markers Front bumper lip
  5. 3 super cars packed into 1 thread! As some of you know, one of our clients picked up a McLaren that was never properly detailed before delivery. Once it was finally home, we set the appointment up to give this car the shine that it deserves! Before the scheduled date came around, I was informed by the boys from Martino Auto Concepts that 1 of their 10 cars featured at the NYIAS Friday-Sunday has backed out and needed another car to fill the spot. A few phone calls later, the McLaren was delivered to MAC to be detailed by yours truly before being featured on stage in the "Dub Tour" 3 days in a row! Now let me just say this, we've done a bunch of cars over the last few years, but this one is just AWESOME! I wouldn't be surprised if the McLaren we're to be featured in an upcoming 007 movie with all the gadgets offered! See for yourself... McLaren MP4-12C Stop drooling all over yourself, we're not done yet! Forget the car, how about the house??? Porsche Carrera GT Last but not least! Adam's Car Wash Shampoo is almost too much fun!!! Audi R8
  6. Detail Spray Deep Wheel Cleaner Car Wash Shampoo/Americana
  7. Shorts and t shirts are for me when I'm detailing! Those pics of the Viper was before they were painted!
  8. After joking around with the owner of this Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder for months about getting a detail, he finally gave in! If you didn't know better, you would think this Lambo was used as a rally car! We had to break the big guns out knowing what we had coming to us with this detail! I mean, look at what this thing looked like when it first arrived on site... Letting the Adam's Polishes Deep Wheel Cleaner go to work! Dropping suds! Adam's Polishes Car Wash Shampoo used in our foam gun. Sorry, looks like I forget to mention we Detailed the SLS AMG earlier! Always nice to have other clients swing by while on a cruise to check out what were up too! Putting the SLS to sleep... Anddd back to the Lambo! Didn't grab to many pics during the process, but after claying the entire car followed by Fine Machine Polish (applied by PC) and Americana Paste Wax, the black finally came to life! Keep your eyes open for another BADASS ride coming our way for a detail next week! BOOM!
  9. About 2 passes with the flex and 1 pass with the porter cable pretty much cleared everything up! Paint wasn't too bad!
  10. I'm itching to have it back already! Over 50 degrees today in NY!
  11. I find myself drooling over some of these cars once the detailing is over and done with! Nothing else like a high end car that shines like no other!
  12. Since it's been a little over 3 years using Adam's Polishes and have yet to meet the man behind the craft, I'm thinking a trip to NJ will be schedule for April 13th!
  13. Only great things can happen when car enthusiasts from multiple ends of the business come together! Martino Auto Concepts provided the space to host an unforgettable photo shoot involving Synergy Detailing and Luxotics! Many photographers joined to capture these moments including Mike from MWPhoto, Jeff from JLIU Photography and Danielle from DJL Photography (Keep an eye out for their pictures!)! Even our friends from ACI Dynamix showed up to show some love! Here's DJL Photography's contribution to kick things off! As I'm sure you guys already know, Adam's Polishes provided the bubbles!
  14. What you're looking at here is not your average Dodge SRT-10 Viper. It happens to be a 1 of 200 "Mamba Edition" that was offered in the early years of the 3rd generation. With an upgraded interior that has red accents added through out, along with red side and rear logos, the Mamba was unique compared to others! This specific owner went beyond what Dodge had to offer and added plenty of tasteful modifications both towards cosmetic and performance including HRE wheels, Moton suspension and countless engine upgrades. Just like any black car, the finish requires extra special attention to bring the paints true potential to life! Using detailing products that such as Adam's Polishes, we were able to do just that! Several passes using the combination of our Flex and Porter Cable polishers with Swirl and Haze Remover and Fine Machine Polish from Adam's Polishes, left a deep reflection that deserved to be sealed in with Adam's Polishes Americana. Several hours later left us with what you'll see below! Unfortunately, the sun went down before we finished so, only garage pics for now! Enjoy...
  15. Most peoples perception of the Mercedes SLK 55 AMG is that it's the kind of car a woman would drive. Well, they haven't seen this one! This bad *** little machiene will put a smile on just about anybody (except the elderly neighbors next door) with just a blip of the throttle. With a healthy supercharger added (along with supporting performance modifications), custom body/paint work from our friends at Martino Auto Concepts, and a set of ADV1 wheels, this AMG has become 2nd to none! We arrived on site to water spots, swirls and hazes through out the entire vehicle. Right away, we knew our Standard Detail will not satisfy our client knowing that the water spots and other defects will need much more attention. After washing and claying the car top to bottom, we broke out our Flex and Porter Cable polishers to help remove about 90% of the defects that were shown. Several passes of Swirl and Haze Remover and Fine Machine Polish from Adam's Polishes finally brought the paint to life leaving a deep almost wet like finish. Once the polishing was complete, we applied a few coats of Americana from Adam's Polishes to seal everything in! Pictures are attached below... Enjoy!
  16. It's a no brainer! Stay focused on your full time job during the week and maintain a schedule filled of detailing for the weekends! Nothing like some extra cash every week from a side business that's "self therapy" to most and enjoyable unlike others. Keep in mind, your overhead costs aren't too bad either! Go for it!!!
