Just thought I'd share two extra detailing uses I've found for Fine Machine Polish.
1. I like to use it to clean off and polish the tips on my MRT v2 exhaust.
2. The radio display in the 2010 camaros are a nightmare. They swirl worse than the paint any time you try to clean dust off of them. Well, FMP does an amazing job at fixing it back to new!

Where are they at ??

Thanks for all the votes everyone! This really got a lot of unexpected feedback

Sure beats Rubber Ducky Farming! :lolsmack:

You can use the 500 to blow some water off the car, but it does not have much power for doing this. Also you are blowing 'dirty' air too. But then you cannot use the Sidekick to vacuum at all!
If you already have a vac, then definitely get the Sidekick. It is not as powerful at the Master Blaster and is not for drying the whole car, but it does a great job of removing water from areas that puddle and hide water - roof rails, emblems, moldings, lug nut holes in the wheels, door jambs, etc. Also good for drying the tires before using SVRT.
I'm not looking to dry off the whole car, just blow water out of crevices..

Master blaster is the way to go.

Looking into getting one of these products...
What are the major differences? Looks like the Vac n Blow is a vacuum on top of being able to dry out the crevices like the sidekick ?

I'd stay 3 feet.
You can go large, but then you can't go back. Once that spot is filled its gone.
Stay small = product security
I like the 3 foot size on my original banner. I would not really like to have mis matched sized banners from the same company.

Hahaha!!! This is awesome! Good job
thanks

Without getting too in depth, I've been looking for a specific type of rubber duck to use (thats a whole other story). There are many different looking rubber ducks, if you don't believe me google it
After searching high a low, I found one that was close enough to what I wanted. The only problem was, it was at Walmart, in the baby toy section:(... There was only one left, and this guy had seen his better days, as you can tell form these before shots, when he was saved from the back of the shelf:
This poor guy was hardly in any condition to be sold, but I bought him with great expectations.
I took him home and gave him a nice bath with All Purpose Cleaner. Once he was rinsed and dry, I conditioned him up with some VRT (His new best friend)
And here we are, better than new!:
I was really impressed with how vibrant the colors became compared to how dull they were.

I know you're not supposed to wax a new paint job for 30-90 days, and I seem to remember reading the detail spray had a few of the same properties in it that wax does.
So is it safe to use when drying the car?

I just had some work done to my car... I needed the hood worked on so I brought them the hood... lol
Clean it before you take it there, and tell them DO NOT CLEAN IT when you're done polishing. I've done it before!
Chris
Unfortunately that have to work on the door, fender, quarter panel, and bumper
I just clayed it and put a coat of MSS on the other day. What all would you say I need to do before I bring it to them?
Should I just wash it, or should I strip it?
Thanks!
ps. I remember seeing a little window hanger around here that said not to wash, can anyone post a link to that??

I know they will need to clean it before they paint and such, but I don't want them to swirl my car.
What are the necessary steps they will have to do in order to paint, and what can I tell them not to?
Thanks!

There are no Adam's dealers in Kansas at all... which has me wondering why?
I was curious if you can just buy wholesale orders and start selling from your house or do you have to have a brick and mortar business? etc... what are the requirements?
Thanks for any insight!
-
Curious if this has been talked about before...
Perhaps a point system where say you get 1 point per dollar, redeemable for goodies?
Would probably promote a lot of giving Adam's as gifts to others around the holidays ...
Just a thought

A HANDFUL? I had 2
Flavor was good, but I've had some that are a little softer and literally melt in your mouth... those are my fav.

Man... when I get my own garage I am tileing the floor white and setting up show room halogens.
When that day comes... I'll know I've got it made

What do we have here... ?

Shake ANY chemical prior to using it. Even though you might not see any visual separation parts of the products will settle over time.
Also, its entirely possible you just got a bad sprayer... jump on livechat with Ash and get a replacement before the close of business today and it'll ship monday.
I plan to make an order shortly anyway and was gonna throw in the 3 pack of foaming sprayers... do you think one would work with this product?
-
Do you shake up your product before use?
Most of them yes. Honestly, I don't believe I've ever shaken up the leather & interior cleaner, or carpet and upholstery cleaner, though..

Has anyone had issues with their sprayer not working with this product? Mine was always a little fishy.. I figured maybe the product was just thick. I tried to use it and it barely works now though.
I can spray once and then it gets stuck in the down position and has to be fidgeted with for awhile before it will come back up.
I'm curious if anyone has tried to use a foaming sprayer with this product? I'm placing an order soon so I might throw a 3 pack in there.

Anyone else have a problem with the actual wax not touching the container? Looks as if mine has come loose from the sides and spins around when I try to agitate it with the pad.

Awesome video.. always love them.
Adam, how did that machine run with your debit? Seemed like you had the gun off and on. How did it charge you?
The one I frequent is $2 and runs constantly for 4 minutes unless you put in more money, so I'm interested to see how that charged you.

Today was a special day, as I was expecting an order of new polishing pads, among other goodies, from Adam's. My mom and I were headed back from lunch when I saw the FedEx truck pull up to our house. As I declared my excitement she goes "I've never seen someone get so excited over some sponges before."
Psh.... she doesn't know the half of it !
