I use mine in the house, the garage and driveway and have not had any problems with it sliding. My garage floor does not have a coating on it and it does not get slippery when wet, which may be the difference in our outcomes. The big questions are whether or not other items slide on your floor when it is wet and whether or not the stool slides easily when the floor is dry.
Thanks for the reply. I just tried it and yes it slides on a dry floor like its on skates! I have another small step stool that doesn't. But, It has much grippier pads on the legs.

Hello everyone,
Apparently I haven't used the site in years due to Adam putting out good info on Youtube and Facebook. I was finally able to purchase a step stool and decided to use it this weekend on the wife's Tiguan inside my garage. The floor does have an old coating on it. However, I almost did the electric slide across the garage when i climbed on it, as the stool and the floor coating do not mix! And the aluminum sides of the stool hit the car.
I guess my question is; has anyone come up with a solution to keep it from sliding? And has anyone covered the aluminum sides with like a pool noodle to keep it from damaging the vehicles paint?
And yes, the cabinets are full of Adam's products!

Nice car! Dylan, what shorts are those (I know it sounds weird...lol)?

I have the old foam gun Adam's USED to sell. 2 pumps of car shampoo from the gallon topped off with water and I get an awesome amount of foam...way more than you're getting with 4 oz, which is interesting.
I'm thinking it's the bad water I have here in San Diego. I tried an ounce of Rinseless in my wash bucket. It killed the suds fast!

Thanks I'll try some of the advice given.

(Shameless plug for the Bills) I'm wondering about lack of suds. I purchased the Gilmour foam gun because I didn't want to lug around a pressure washer. I do know I'll get more foam using a foam lance. I use about one ounce of adams soap and warm water. A few times I went with two ounces and still not much foam. Could it be this hard San Diego water that hurts?

Great news!

I'm ready to add some more Adam's shine! Although I'll be heavily investing in more rinseless wash. California and more "water restrictions"!

I'm only rolling into day seven....still getting canned emails...

So....what's the back log looking like?

You need to put a center in TN. That way when I retire from the Navy next year I will have a place I can apply to work at after I move back home.
Haha I'm in the same boat (no pun intended)! I almost made a switch to a different brand because of weird things that were happening. I'm glad I read this post and now it makes sense. Just placed another order.

I'm having my in-ground pool filled with DS next month...
Then building a ramp so I can just drive in and out of it.
Excellent!

Love it!

First order I'll place once back off of deployment!

On the upside, your hands will be buttery smooth after using Dawn!

Those vehicles you listed are no where near fuel efficient. Are you just going for looks? I'd recommend a diesel Jetta for those miles.

Nice save on the 3!

Thanks for the advice and I'm happy to serve for our Country!

So do you use a trickle charger? I see you're using the flat stoppers. Are they worth it? I'll be on deployment very shortly and trying to get an idea for long term storage in my garage.

You GM guys...lol!

As a Military member I applaude what you're doing. But, using us as a tax write off takes away from the "charitible" aspect. I know many people/businesses do it so no need to flame spray.

I'm about to wash mine. It's early enough that my tree hugging neighbor's shouldn't cry about it. Just gotta make sure my cut outs are closed....
