  1. Hey guys - I have a gallon of APC and was wondering if it would be safe to use for power washing my house ?

I would pre-soak like a normal house wash on low pressure, then scrub the siding with my long handle brush and then high pressure wash.

I have been using Simple Green or Krud Kudder every year, but was wondering if Adams APC would work better and safer for the environment and my shrubs/flowers around my house ??

    Thoughts ?

Thanks to Dylan and his awesome daily specials - I came home from work last Friday and had to order the Master Blaster Special.

Too bad its 15 degrees here in CT - so I wont be washing any of my cars any time soon....so it will just sit here in the box for a month or so, unless we get a warm spell.

oh - in the back is what I received from my mystey box along with a single soft not pictured.

  3. Hey Guys - with Hurricane season here and Isaac doing its damage....I am in the market for a good & solid portable generator.

I live in New England and we get our fair share of storms plus heavy snowstorms in the winter....last year we lost power twice for over 5 days each. So I think its time to buy one.

I currently have a Coleman 5000 thats LOUD as HECK and I would like to upgrade to something at least a little quieter and more reliable and with cleaner power and a little more juice - something in the 6000 to 9000 watt range.

Right now I am looking at the Generac GP7500e and the Briggs&Stratton 30471 8000 watt.

Does anyone have any comments on either of these....and if not - do you have any experience with a generator that you would recommend ?

    Thanks in advance !!!

  4. Hi Adams users - I need some help with my daily driver. They tarred the main road I have to drive down to get to work this week and I noticed today when I washed my car, I now have tar around all my wheel wells and some on my chrome rims as well.

I did a search on here...but the word 'tar' doesnt work.

What is the best way to get this stuff off......I think I have pretty much all of Adams products, but I never have had to take tar off a car before.

Before I try something that doesnt work, I figured I would ask the pros here ..... Let me know if I already have something from Adams or if I need to buy something tomorrow.

    Thanks

    Darrell

  5. Over the Fourth of July weekend - I spent some quality time with all of my Adams products and put them to work on my 09 daily driven Chevy Malibu. The color is Red Jewel and I am really happy with the results. The more time I spend with Adams products the more they impress me. The quality of the products shows through each time I try a new one.

Here is my run down of what I did - all with my PC

    1 - 2 Bucket Wash

    2 - Clay Bar

    3 - SHR

    4 - FMP

    5 - MSS

    6 - Brillant Glaze

    7 - Americana

    8 - Glass Cleaner inside & outside

9 - In & Out spray on matte plastic

10 - Quick Sealant on Rims

Lots of work and LOTS of SWEAT - with it being in the 90's every day and HUMID here in New England - I was sweating like a pig.....My wife actually found a new use for all the cheap micro fiber towels that I had before I found out about Adams.....she cut one into strips and then sewed them together and gave it to me as a headband/sweatband. Nice of her !! :2thumbs:

Here are some pics of the results. - Dont mind the marks in the bottom picture...they are artifacts from the camera they are not in the paint.
