  1. It's not leather but more like a fancy pleather. What's Adams got to care and protect this stuff??
  2. Thinking of the Adams paint sealant. And layering it with Adams Americana or maybe skipping the wax and going right to the Brillant glaze. Maybe repeat it on this car as well
  3. Correction wise it's pretty good. I should prolly strip it down with some dawn dish soap (gasp!! I know). Clay it ( I have some Mothers clay on hand and some detail spray.) I STAND CORRECTED. WHITE HIDES A TON I've been using some of the M's NXT stuff but again I'm looking for something even better
  4. Here's my VERY well maintained 06 Range Rover HSE full size. What's the best products to make this thing POP?
  5. I thought it was decent. I just repacked the grease and moved the on off switch to the top. Make sure before u buy one though. I think they may have changed the design and that will prohibit some changes to the tool

  7. So I have a older (3 years ) harbor freight da polisher that I modded a year ago or so. Longer hardwired cord, repacked the gears, rotated the power switch to the top. All the normal stuff. Ive always been interested in a better backing plate as it came with a 6" plate with messed up Velcro but it did its job on my boys jeep yj beautifully. Anyone replace the backing plate? If so to what. ? I'd like to run the 5.5" Adams pads but I need a corresponding backing plate. The stock pad says 5/16 x 24 shaft size Thoughts??

  9. Thanks. Once I'm done with the whole process I'll take a photo of the jeep put back together.
  10. Thank you for the advice Adam. I actually met you not that I would count on you remember but it had to be 10 to 12 years ago in Phoenix Arizona you had the Adams polishes out at a Costco in Mesa. You actually took the time to go to the parking lot and take a look at a jeep I had and polished up some plastic trim to look like new it was awesome thanks. That Adam is what sold me on using Adams polishes for the last umpteen years.
  11. Thank you so much for all the insight guys I want ahead and wet sanded starting with 1000 to 1500 to 2000 grit paper last night.
  12. It’s been a long while since I’ve had reason to post on the forum … But long story short I need some SOUND advice on making this paint look as GREAT as possible… I have a 1990 Jeep Wrangler that I prepped as much as I wanted to then shot a single state urethane (solid color) candy apple red on it using a HVLP gun NO CLEAR COAT.. I used Matrix low VOX paint / hardener / reducer. Color is OUTSTANDING. Well the car has some dry spray ( overspray where I painted panels) and some orange peel (some areas are PERFECT others not so much). I’m looking for some tips to correct this paint job as much as possible without breaking the bank OR my back to much. Here’s what I have to work with… DA air sander, hand sanding tools, a Porter cable DA polisher. (NO I don’t own a 7” orbital) what can I do to remove the overspray / orange peel. before: After: THANKS …
  13. Planning on going with the pc and the Adams arsenal very soon. Anyone have any tip about covering up rock chips?? This Prius was a highway traveler
