Tbss meet. Also mounted my black wheels.
-
Looks awesome. I have a huge soft spot for these trucks and the 2nd gen lightnings.
-
Those came out looking sweet. Love the g8!
-
Pulled the blue truck out of the garage, and pulled the wheels off the tbss for powder coating and some new rear tires.
-
Welcome from a fellow tbss owner. Post some pics of your rides!
-
Thanks for the compliments!

Tbss looks sweet. Love the hood!

Well I feel like a complete idiot. Uploaded the pictures from my phone, and I guess tapatalk decided to mess with them. I posted them through photobucket, so now they aren't so blurry.

I run river road on occasion (its a blast in the FR-S) if it wasn't so busy when its warmer out I want to get some shots of the back of it going down the road under all the trees! I think it would be a really neat photo! Just so many people down there...
Looks good though!
Thanks! Now is the perfect time, before summer starts.

I recognize a spot or two in those photos! TBSS is looking good!
Haha a couple were taken down river road, others around Marion.

Car looks sweet.
-
Thanks for all the compliments. I'm also a huge fan of the color. It's definitely a blast to drive. Even though most parents would say it's two fast for a kid my age. Lol.

Clean jeep. I really like those things. They look mean.

Well finally got around to cleaning up/ correcting my tbss. It wasn't bad to begin with, so a pass or two of fmp cleaned it up, followed by quick sealant, brilliant blaze, and some Americana. Tires and trim got the usual svrt. Wheels got a coat of quick sealant and a coat of brilliant glaze make them pop. Overall I think it turned out well. Unfortunately it won't stay this clean because it is my daily.
On to the pictures...
These last couple are edited. Kinda rusty, haven't played in photoshop in awhile.
Mods: Cold air, zr1 cam, Circle D converter, long tube headers, tune, Efans, tint, plastidipped accents.

Sweet car. Is it stock?
-
I think the car would look a lot better with a wide body quarters and fenders, like the c6z, grand sport, and zr1 have.
-
We'll I tried a few other products. Shampoo kinda glows. Microfiber revitalizer glows also.

Sweet! That'd look good with my Les Paul BFG Gator strung up with DR coated Stings in green. (Same effect in black light).
Is that black light left over from your college days? I want one for my band practice room... All my guitars are strung with glowing strings... But I'm 42 and don't want the looks from the wal mart cashier lol.
Haha. I'm actually still in high school. I had to buy it for a school function. Got it at party city during Halloween.
-
Not sure if this has been brought up before, but under a black light APC glows!
I think I posted this in the right spot.

Beautiful car and awesome job!
-
Use one everyday. Although I'm still in high school. Sometimes I prefer a pencil over a pen. Seems my handwriting is better with a pencil.
-
Nice job! Is that firebird in the back of the first pic yours too?
I wish. It's actually my uncle's car. It's a '71 original 455 car in the process of being restored.

Thanks for all the compliments. My father and I did all of the body work ourselves. Then just had it painted the original color. Looked like this a year ago.
I'm not biased towards brands. My DD is a tbss.
What did you do today?

This is kinda late, but cleaned a buddies vette up Saturday afternoon. Was kinda a rush deal so not many pictures. He wanted it cleaned for the car show(TX2K13) that night. There will be a full correction coming very soon. Car is just plain sick, and stupid fast. Definitely one of my all time favorite vettes. On to the pictures.
