updated my first post per request

Thank you guys. I live in Arizona. The weather has been all over the place since I got my polishes. If I start my wash at 5 am it gives me plenty of time to get it cleaned up before the sun starts blazing. I am itching to post pictures.

I will be using the orange and then white polish with my porter cable 6". I hate to ask a question I should already know. So... When the first stage of polish goes "transparentish" Do I wipe it down and then do the second stage of polish? Do I just go over it without wiping between these two stages like I see on the videos? I assume they cut past it for sake of time, but I am trying to make sure I have enough rags to go through my truck.

Thank you all. I will have initial pictures up this weekend. The Detailing will have to wait for the following weekend. There is a forecast of rain on Saturday, and I only have a carport attached to my house to work with. I have been learning a lot from reading members questions and the responses. Along with the videos I believe I have a good idea of what needs to happen. As for the detail spray MAYBEN, The clay kit comes with the detail spray so I will have a nice opprtunity to get some use on the drying and clay bar work.

Hello everybody. I bought adams for the first time after receiving a DA polisher and Pads for my birthday. The back of one of the pads said Adams and had a phone number so I called and order up some product. I look forward to my first attempt at detailing. I just bought a 2010 Dodge ram 1500, its the newest thing I have ever owned. It is a brilliant Inferno Red pearl and it really looks great. It does have minor swirls and some very lite scratches that barely scratched the clear coat. I look forward to reading the posts and hopefully pick up some good habits to start with.
