Spots inside the wheel drum

That what I was thinking but not sure .. Well have save the green !! Or spray paint them flat black inside the drums... -
I'm trying to clean up my wheel drum I use Adam's metal polish #1 and #2 but with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Here are some pictures... Could it be putting? Thanks Mark

Hi I like to introduce myself my name is Mark I'm from Philadelphia area . I've been a Adams user for server years and I just seen this forum the other day. I have a 2006 Silverado SS and a 1994 Corvette C4 . My dad also has a Corvette and it is a 1977 stingray . I just got done cleaning the Silverado SS for a car show tomorrow here are some pictures.
