Very awesome car i would say it is a keeper. I've stopped a couple times to look at the cars at that place on my way out of the Corvette museum, great collection of cars there.

Thank you, beautiful TBSS you have, I have thought about trading my truck for one many times.

Hello all,
My name is Eric, I am a Mercedes Sprinter van and Freightliner truck tech by trade and am 21 years old. I know this is not my first post technically but I got into some interesting topics I found on here and through in my 2 cents. There seems to be some great knowledge and great info on here to be used.
Just an amateur detailer of keeping up with my daily driver 2008 black Silverado(will have to get pics sometime), on a bit of a budget but i have started using Adams and cant go back to anything else, Adams super vrt is my favorite product I have used so far. I just bought the truck a few monthes ago, still needs to have some corrections and full paint cleanup. Any questions for me just ask.

Diluted ************ cleaner works well, my neighbor cleans his rat rod with it on the roof with matte black. It removes oil stains on that type finish as well, I have a matte black Snapon box that someone spilled trans fluid down the back.

Yeah the nightshades never look as good, just need to figure out what mixture to tell the paint guy

I had them professionally painted at a body shop. Its a mixture of black paint and clear coat. Well worth the $50 I paid to have them done. I wanted to make sure that I could see to back up so I had them tape off the reverse lights.
I say that's 50 dollars well spent, I am going to look into doing that on my truck and my dad's. thank you

What did you use to tint those tail lights they look great especially with the reverse left clear? Nobody ever wants another black truck until they see it cleaned up.

I would bring the front up either 2 or 2.5 inches, get the new tires and be done with it. Looks awesome though that color pops especially deabadged cleans up the sides.
