  1. I have been remodeling my kitchen and haven't had time for a full paint correction . I wanted to make my paint pop a little more. Can I use revive after I wash and dry my SS . Is this the order I would use?

    Wash

    Dry

    Revive

    Detail spray?

Or do I have to use some type of wax glaze or sealant for protection?

My SS haven't seem too many miles this past year and has been garage kept .

  2. Nick is a great guy!

I bought my TBSS from him. I flew out from Denver to Indiana . I remember it was the cleanest vehicle I had ever seen! I asked him how he did it and that's how I began using Adams! He was honest the whole time and the truck was everything he said it was and more. I was nervous about making an out of state purchase but it's the best vehicle I have bought. Thanks Nick!

When I went to the Adams warehouse for the first time Adam told Mook to show me how to properly wash my truck . I learned so much that day. I'm still learning now. I miss being able to go to the warehouse and buying stuff off the shelf. But what I miss more was the family type atmosphere that was there. Now it's just a warehouse . Their detail clinics were cool too!

A lot has changed since the day I first visited Adams HQ.

  3. Good advice above! I'd also suggest wearing sweatpants, NO BUTTONS, BELTS, OR SNAPS!!  This is a mistake you'll only make once...voice of experience.

Did you do that mistake with my truck? Haha

Cuz I did it . Scratched the heck out of it when installing my shift kit. Then I got ATF on my fender. :(

No bueno. Truck is better now though. Lesson learned.

  4. 140mph in a zo6 corvette when I was 17 yrs old. That's was crazy!! My friend rented the car for his prom and he asked me if I wanted to take it for a drive. Oh man did I take that rental vette for a drive!!

In my SS . I've been 110mph. While getting street tuned out in the country .

  5. Very useful info here as always. I need to browse the forums more often . I should have used some DWC before claying on a car I detailed last week . The clay bar was filthy after I was finished. Vehicle had 176k.

The engine compartment was nasty! But came out pretty good after some Adams products worked their magic. My friend was so happy with the results. She wanted the car detailed so she can sell it. Car sold in 2 days .

  7. Damn Jason. Sorry to hear man. You have my number if you need a hand with anything let me know.

I work here in Longmont. This is the first time RTD has shut down routes . Only a handful of buses in the region were out helping with the evacuation. Just crazy.
