It looks really good. I have been debating about doing mine. I currently have my rocker panels done so I think it would be too much bed liner on my truck. Here is a pic Here is a guy that did his bumper and roll pan.

I am stoked to be addicted. It helps me keep my vehicles looking great. I just wish my wallet agreed with all of the stuff I want to buy. Lol.
-
The rhino line was totally worth it. It helped with road noise and when rocks fly up from my tires I don't need to worry about them chipping paint like it used to.
-
That was one thing I was looking at adding for my next order. I like how easy all of their stuff is

I washed my truck over the weekend and used my detail spray and svrt for the first time and I can't believe how well the svrt worked on my truck. My fender flares, bumper, and mirrors look brand new but I was really impressed with how it made the bed liner on my rocker panels look. Not greasy or too shiny. The detail spray have it a slight pop when I was done too. Those are the only two products I have right now but I am hooked and need more. Now on to some pics. They aren't the greatest but here you go Here is the reflection off of the hood And here is a pic of my wife's jeep that got svrt on all of the plastics after we washed it. Bad pics but I ran out of memory on my phone before I could take more.

New paint question

As you can see the paint is almost perfect since it is all new but once I can start washing and waxing it it will get the works on it to make it shine. -

Thanks for the info. I am trying to find a detail clinic close to where I am at but so far it seems like most are really far away. -
New paint question

I am still not sure which one I want. I still have some research to do on both of them. Is the flex way better than the PC? It seems like everyone wants to switch to it. -
New paint question
Racingctf14 replied to Racingctf14's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I have to wait 30 days before I can do anything to it so I have a little time to start collecting lol. The entire truck was painted so all of the paint is fresh. I figured I would start with the FMP because it looks really good right now and there are 0 swirls in it. Thanks for the info. I didn't think that I would get hooked but I picked up some APC and some VRT from summit racing over the weekend and could not believe the results. I would have more but we are currently selling out house and buying another so I have to wait(the wife said so..lol). I will get it soon tho. -
I just got my truck back from the body shop where the entire thing was painted due to rock chips and sand damage(and a gm defect). The paint feels like glass still but I was wondering what I should do in order to maintain it and put more of a shine on it. Here are some pics from before: And a few after (the only ones I have of the paint right now) I know it is filthy but the weather here has been crappy and they are using liquid de-icer on the roads now so it gets everything soo dirty. I am planning on ordering Adams premium machine polishing kit soon but I dont know what I should use on it since the paint is new. Should I start with the SSR then SHR and finish with the FMP or should I just use the FMP and then seal and wax it? Sorry this is so long. Thanks guys

I have had it happen twice today

Water spots on windows
Racingctf14 replied to Racingctf14's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Thanks for the replies guys. It looks like I have some ordering to do. I need to do a something with it soon because the paint looks amazing but the windows are terrible and it is so disappointing lol -
I have really really bad water spots on my windows. The previous owner did not take care of the truck and the water spots are baked in really really well. I just had my truck painted and it looks awesome but the windows and the mirror glass look terrible. What would be the best way to get rid of these spots?
