  1. The one on left is newest production. Middle is probably from a year ago, they switched bottling processes so it's less milky now. You should be good to go with both

One on the left is the newest?  I think you have that mixed up.  I just got my glass cleaner about a month ago tops and it looks like the one in the middle.  Jim says in the post that middle is his newest glass cleaner.  Correct me if I am wrong here!

  2. Dylan, do you guys have any plans on maybe making those two products easier to differentiate from in the future?  Those two products, the leather and interior conditioner and paint correcting polish are hard to tell apart without reading the bottle.  I haven't personally had any issue with getting them confused but am just wondering since you guys are switching to a color coded system.

  3. No, total interior detailer and glass cleaner are basically the same exact color.  The old stuff was more of an actual green and smelled like apples if I remember correctly where the new stuff is like a pale green and smells like lime.(Not very strong).

Total interior detailer is basically the same color(I can not really tell a difference to be honest) and smells like baby powder.  There is an easy distinction between the two smells.

  4. So I started polishing my grand prix today and was using paint correcting polish and the orange microfiber pad.  This is my first time using adams actual polishes but has anyone had such good results with paint correcting polish and orange pad that they left it like that?  I haven't brought the car out in the sun to truly see what or if any swirls are still left in the parts that I have polished but from what I can tell with my garage lighting and LED bar that I have the paint looks damn near perfect.  At this point if the paint is perfect with this combo, would the white pad and polish add any more significant shine?  Thanks for the help.

  5. Most will tell you to seal first but I always glaze first.  It is a solvent so it will take away oils on your paint plus it has fillers in it so it will make any imperfection less noticeable.  I glaze first because glaze is taken off very easily and I would rather protect it and make it last longer than having it washed away.  Also glaze does not effect the sealant sealing to the car and has no effect on the longevity of the sealant so to me it only makes sense to glaze first if you are going to use it.

  6. I have a few sets of pads for these occasions but if I were you and you are doing a 2 step process than I would try to do the compounding today so you can wash those pads and then finish with polishing tomorrow.  You don't really want to let polish dry on the pads.

  7. Machine polishing will *USUALLY* give you better results(need to make sure you have the proper technique), less stress on muscles and joints, and is usually a little faster to do.  They are not a necessity, but if you want your paint to look the best it can be then I would suggest getting one.  From everything I read on here the flex is a great machine, I can not vouch for it though as I have only used a PC.  Good luck if you decide to go with a machine and remember to post pics when you are done!

  8. I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago and it went from the front of my car all the way to my trunk.  I took it to my local coin op and pressure washed it off as much as I could and then I used the regular two bucket wash method and washed my whole car.  Took it all off and no damage was made from what I can tell.  Just make sure you rinse out the wash mitt after you go over an area with the paint on it
