I ordered one from the website, the One I received does not look like the one used in videos. The one in video had a suds adjustable nozzle, the one I received doesn't. Both are great and to be honest, I set mine to full suds and NEVER change it. No need for the adjustment IMO. If you're not happy with your purchase, feel free to call! As has been mentioned you received a newer foam gun than what is shown in the Adam's Volume 6 videos. You'll find some of the items mentioned in the video have been reformulated or discontinued. It's not possible for Adam to create a new video every time he comes out with a new product or changes the formulas. The videos are however still a great tool to understand how to use his products.
