Question about Steam Cleaning my Carpet

Well my girlfriend of almost 1 year is moving in with me and my 2 dirty as roomates are leaving so I plan on steam cleaning my whole house. I figure just rent the steam cleaner at the local walmart/krogers. My question is I plan on grabbing a 1 Gallon container of Adam's Carpet Cleaner. That should be plenty right? It's not a very large house. 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath

That'd be cutting it close, keep in mind you'll want to spot clean as well.

I have some on hand for spot cleaning which ill do before steam cleaning all the carpet. Thanks for the help!
