The heads are 5 axis CNC ported intake and exhaust by Livernois. They come with the Livernois dual spring kit (.690 lift), titanium retainers, super seven locks, vinton seals, and seat bases. The springs are installed at the correct height and seat pressures. They have about 1500 miles on them and were used on my 2010 Camaro SS. Asking $1500 shipped.
