Charger06 Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 I just wanted to say Thanks again to Matt for helping me and showing me something that I had already known. That customer service goes hand in hand with the quality of Adams products. I had ordered the daily special on Wednesday which was the quick sealant with free bonuses( free microfiber towel and wax and glaze applicator) and I received it today and opened the box to an applicator pad that looked like it might have been cut and I got a hold of Matt told him my problem and gave him some info and he said he would get a new one out to me today.. Which isn't really what I was thinking about but just to let them know that it had happened. So Thanks again Matt and Thank you Adams for having such great people and customer service..
