Gone in 60
Ok, so I just polished and waxed my car for the first time using the PC and the white and black polishing pads. Now, my question is, what's the best way to clean and store the pads for next time?

After that hang dry and store in your detail bucket or what I do is keep in a plastic bag.

0 Nitelord
Same here. The APC can be worked into the pad and then when you rinse, it all comes out leaving the pads nice and clean. I press the extra water out in a waffle towel and sat them out to dry (upside down). Make certain they are completely dry, before storing them. 0 Chewy
Simple green works well too! In case you haven't bought the APC (all purpose cleaner) yet. Chris
0 jcb_njb
Whether you use APC (great stuff), Simple Green or 409, make sure you rinse and rinse again. And when you believe all is out rinse one more time for good measure.
0 GerryC
Like Mark said make sure they are completely dry before putting them in a plastic bag otherwise the bag will get loaded with condensation. This goes for anything; pads, towels, sponges, or mf applicators. I keep a desiccant pack in both my wash bucket and detail bag just in case
