American made foam brushes

I couldn't find the thread, but I seem to recall someone from Adam's explaining that they didn't carry foam brushes because there aren't any made in the USA. Today at Ace Hardware, I found some made by Jen Manufacturing, These will be great for applying Super VRT in tight places.

Good find, I think these might have been the ones that I used to use for putting on Polyurethane in woodworking a while ago. I remember they had round dowel type handles and they did not have the flat plastic style blade inside of the foam. Can you tell me if you can feel a plastic piece in the foam where it meets the handle? I will have to check out my local Ace and see.

No plastic. As you say, the handles are wooden dowels. They are nicely sanded, and the foam pads are glued to them.
