CMDChase Posted June 6, 2014 Share Posted June 6, 2014 A couple of years ago my wife bought me a shaving set from The Art of Shaving which included a shaving brush. Last week the tuft of bristles separated from the base. I contacted customer service to ask them what would be the best/safest glue to put the brush back together. The lady from their customer service said she needed more info to determine how to handle this. I answered all her questions and the next day I got an email back saying they were sending me a Visa debit card equal to the cost of the brush.
