Z06Seal
I spread it out over 3 days, but got anxious and finished in 2. I need to space it out a little better. the anxiousness got the best of me... I also figured I can avoid plastic spots on the car, but that didn't work out so well. I also learned masking tape doesn't stick well to VRT'd surfaces. It was good practice to get ready for doing the vette. Started with a dawn wash and then clay bared the entire car. Did a 1 step process with orange MF pad and paint correction polish. followed by liquid paint sealant. I would say I got 90-95% correction. Car was already at 80-85% though so it wasn't a day and night difference. It looks much better and water beads really nice Curious to see if the Liquid Paint sealant will actually last 4-6 months in Florida. The grill thing is plasti-dipped and I need to redo it as it's all chipped up... That was after a year of having it on and lastly, I thought there was a section for putting the pics up, but I can't find it. If there is, please move the thread and sorry it's in the wrong section Before I started washing the car: After everything was done couple days later http://s22.postimg.org/y54yhwfs1/2015_03_01_08_36_15.jpg/img] Edited March 3, 2015 by Z06Seal

DJJimGreen
Looks great! Totally unrelated, I think it's weird chevy decided the bottom of the doors doors don't need to line up with the fender lines.

Maybe lambo doors were original plan and they saved a few pennies?
egott_91
Looks good OP. White is difficult to polish because it's hard to see the imperfections, but it's nice because it also hides a lot of the imperfections you miss, unlike black. What machine did you use? Looks great! Totally unrelated, I think it's weird chevy decided the bottom of the doors doors don't need to line up with the fender lines.I bet if the side skirts were body color, you'd never notice.
