Just a little story to support Adams.  I had purchased quite a few things on the July 4th sale (just like everyone else here I'm guessing).

 

I noticed they forgot a Microfiber polishing pad as part of the new Gen V pad series.

 

I kindly wrote an e-mail to Adams, and within a very short period of time, Dylan had a new pad being shipped out to me in no time.  I received it promptly.

 

I can't stress enough the level of customer support that the entire Adam's team puts into making sure the customer is satisfied.  As with any organization, they are only as good as the people who run them, and Adam's simply has the best.

 

Thank you again for the positive experience, I will continue to purchase from Adam's time after time.

On my July 4th order, I was accidentally sent a 16oz bottle of glass cleaner instead of the gallon that I ordered. I sent an email and I got a shipment confirmation for the gallon before I even got a reply back from Ben. I think it took less than an hour. Very impressed.
