DieselDude Posted October 8, 2015 Share Posted October 8, 2015 Not sure if many of you guys are a movie person. I thought I would chime in and say I will let you know about the Big Stone Gap. It is an actual town in Southwest Virginia, in which I have had the opportunity to see in person. What I have read this movie is not about it be a coal town, alot of people think of that when hearing Southwest Virginia. I enjoy seeing small towns but more and more of them are disapearing. Big Stone Gap was one a very thriving coal town but since the War on coal started it is not. As Jimmy Rose sang......Coal keeps the lights on..........Coal keeps the bills paid.....
