Paint sealant over wax

best protection for the longest duration would be a paint coating.  The Paint sealant will only last as long as the wax underneath if not sooner.  wax over the sealant would be a better option if you want the shine to last.  Add some brilliant glaze to the mix too if its a show car!

If you are going to apply a sealant be sure to do it under the wax. You want the sealant to get the best bond with the paint as it can to have the best result, so to do so you apply it to the “naked” paint after you have strip washed, and clayed the car. Then follow that with brilliant glaze and finished with the wax. The paint sealant gives some really good shine, and the glaze on top of that even more. And when you do all three together you get the most protection and the best shine possible. Hope what helps!
