First off, I do not understand how individuals can let their second biggest investment (2nd to their residence for most people) get in that condition in the first place. Awesome job. Hope he gave you a extra bump(tip), because you definely deserve it. If not heres one for you ... I agree! That speaks volumes about a person if you ask me. Nice job on the restore!
