Sundog Detailing Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 This was by no means a correction job, but with Adam's products it's easy to get beyond expected results as you all know. Before:
Chewy Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Looks like you may have done some wet sanding on the hood??? Those look pretty bad. I did my buddies Maxima for him the other day. He told me he had some scratches above one of the doors he wanted me to remove. I asked him how they got there and he told me he wasn't saying. I said if you want them removed you will... lol He was out drinking with one of his buddies and thought it was a perfect time to vacuum out the car. WTF?? So he ran the hose over the top of the car instead of through it... Nice deep scratches resulted from it. Some 2500 then 3000 grit sand paper and then some heavy compound then light and then Adam's system took care of them to the point that you can't tell they were there! Sorry but had to share my story. The Blazer came out great!
Sundog Detailing Posted March 31, 2009 Author Posted March 31, 2009 No wet sanding, the Makita rotary can throw down some serious correction power:rockon:
Loud Pedal Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Dang dude what are your fellow statesmen using on their paint? lol I think that might be the best before and after yet
Chewy Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Snow scrapers make a mess of paint and most people don't even realize it!
