For those of you with problems such as having the pad flying off during operation. The pad needs to be PERFECTLY centered. If you put it off center, it comes off real easy. The faster the speed, the quicker it loosens and disconnects, resulting in your pad flying across the room or down the street. You absolutely have to have that thing dead center. To make sure, run your fingers around the edges and push down like you're putting a lid on a coke at Burger King. It should almost snap in place.
