For those of you having a problem with Gen 2 pads flying off during operation. The pad needs to be PERFECTLY centered. If you attach it to the velcro backing plate off center, it will destroy the mounting surface on the back of the pad ruining the pad.
The faster the speed, the quicker it loosens and disconnects, resulting in your pad flying across the room or down the street. You must have the pad centered properly to ensure the long life of your pad. To make sure, run your fingers around the edges and push down like you're putting a lid on a coke at Burger King.
