DetailAddict Posted July 18, 2009 Author Share Posted July 18, 2009 the bumper had a front plate on before... the 3 holes are for the plate bracket... no the car does not make a tin can sound... it make 300 at the wheel easily with just a drop in air filter with a tune... Plenty of guys running 500 at wheel around town and 1000 is no news. Do a youtube or google search on WRC and/or Mitsubishi Evolution... this car is fully stock exterior btw...
