Since its a black car I would say stick to waterless wash at least for your dustings, especially if you just put all that effort into it. Adding another layer of brilliant glaze won't hurt anything but you probably won't notice any improvement either so I say skip it for now.

I think a while ago that they were looking into developing one, but I don't think they achieved desirable enough results to produce it.

They are easily one of my most used and favorite detailing products. Couldn't live without them!

PPF is your only chance against rock chips. LPS will help to keep the paint clean and in good condition, but will do nothing to protect against rock chips.

You should be fine to go at it with the PC. Think of everything the front end has to deal with on a day to day driving basis, it will easily handle a PC. But, if you're still concerned you could always go at it by hand.
I say put paint sealant down, then layer with brilliant glaze and wax. Great shine and protection
