Agree! I'm still amazed by Adam's customer service. I think dried and could have left it on too long. In the future, I'll be doing one wheel at a time. Thanks!

I love Adam's products and (as many of you) have gallons of my favorites in my garage. I recently used the new Wheel Cleaner after using up the last of my Deep Wheel Cleaner. The wheels were cool and sprayed each wheel and followed up with the Woolie and brushes. After I rinsed them off the wheels were cloudy and had some sort of residue on the wheels. (Note to self, do one wheel at a time in the future!) I contacted Adam and was blown away with his quick response and excellent Customer Service! Without hesitation, Adam sent one of his detailers (Filip) down to my house to buff out the wheels. Filip came down on Memorial Day and spent ALL DAY on the wheels - they came out better than new! I'm amazed at how great they look! Thanks Adam for going above and beyond. Your Customer Service is outstanding and will share my experience with friends and fellow car enthusiasts. Also, thanks Filip for all your hard work, time and attention to detail. Highly recommend Filip if you need your car detailed.
