  2. Thanks again Michael. I will definitely let you know if anything comes up. Quick question... I have a bunch of applicators. Based on the products I purchased in my photo, what would I use for each one. I asked Bianca but I already forgot because it was over the phone lol. I have 3 square foam blocks, 2 red UFO foam pads, 1 blue UFO foam pad, and 1 orange UFO foam pad. I am working by hand so they are not the pads for the machine polisher. I also have the gray utility towels, single soft fluffy microfiber, glass microfibers, and microfiber applicator pads. Sorry for all the questions. Like I mentioned, I am a complete newbie to this ;-)
  3. Michael, Thanks so much! I actually spoke with customer service about items I ordered that were on back order before I noticed your reply. Bianca asked about my order and I advised her what was missing. She really felt bad and is going to send everything out today including what was on back order. I will definitely let you know if I have any other issues though. I hope this will be the end of all the headaches :-) Your customer service is definitely top notch though!!! Thumbs up!!!
  4. Believe me I can't wait to start doing so. The Mini is supposed to arrive at the end of the month of the first week of October :-) Darn EPA certification caused us all to have to wait an extra month for the 2015 model...
  5. All the contents in the picture is what I received and what was in the wash buckets. I'm glad to know the spray nozzles should have came with them. I have two detailed sprays because I purchased the clay bar/detail spray combo as well. I keep hearing everyone say they use detail spray frequently so I should be set for a little bit. I will give customer service a call because I am also missing the Super VRT and poster I also purchased. I also purchased the microfiber glass towels and applicator pads but they are on back order. My kit should be fully complete soon :-) P.S. If the clay is as hard as a rock, is there a way to revive it and make it soft?
  6. Thanks everyone!!! I was so excited unwrapping everything. I was looking forward to getting started but I guess even after everything I ordered, I didn't order the spray nozzles. I guess I figured since they were shown in the picture that they automatically came with each product. Looks like I'm gonna have to place another order today :-) Gallons by next year? Yikes!!! Lol :-)
  7. So excited to announce that my order has arrived! It felt like Christmas in September and I am so happy to start detailing and gain a lot of knowledge from the forum. The somewhat heavy amount of plastic on the outside really made me nervous, but I am excited that the Super VRT I ordered will come in handy :-) Thanks for the info about the Mini club!   11. Hello everyone! Happy Saturday! I thought I would join this forum being that I have some Adam's products on the way. A very decent sized order to be completely honest. I am new to the detailing world; however, I should be receiving my custom ordered 2015 Mini Cooper S at the end of the month and I wanted to be prepared with everything I needed to correctly detail my car. I live in Albuquerque, NM and am a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse in the Emergency Room. Working three days a week makes me excited to know I will have lots of time for really focusing on my car with all these new goodies. I will admit, I was nervous before I ordered but that was due to the fact I sent an email with questions on Monday, called Thursday about the lack of response but still received no response as promised until I made a final call on Friday. I have a feeling my email was overlooked. Even though I was disappointed with my initial experience with Adam's, Bianca and Matt made things right. Matt responded to all my questions via email, and Bianca offered me a discount promo code that came in handy. My trust was nearly lost; however, I'm happy to say that my trust has been regained after the phone conversation and email I received on Friday. Here's to hoping for a smoother transaction in my future orders... If anyone has any advice to a newbie with detailing, please feel free to send it my way. I'm also open to any step by step instructions if anyone has any handy. Even after watching every YouTube video of Adam's several times, you can never have enough instructions lol ;-) -Michael
