It probably took longer to register for the forum and type out that long first post on here after hanging up with Ben today - than it would have if you just asked if you had the option to get a 110% refund on your payment method when you were on the phone or live chat with him lol
OK, the pump tops did not work as planned for all products. As I said in post #13 I personally don't like the pump caps and I asked Adams for some self-cleaning tops. Shortly after, I get an order confirmation...for free self-cleaning tops.
Question. How many other companies are as customer focused?
So maybe Adams Polish is not absolutely perfect...but they sure know how to put their best foot forward and do right by their customers. Premium products, premium but fair price, premium service.
