It Gtechniq's Crystal Serum Black coating. -
A few months ago I had an " up to 7 year" coating applied by my local detailer. I'm not sure if you guys have any experience with these coatings from other manufacturers but my detailer said to literally just leave it alone. No waxes or sealants needed, just wash and dry the car. Is that correct? Do I really just leave it alone as he said? Also it's hydrophobic properties make it a pain in the *** to wash because NOTHING sticks to it. The suds and water literally fall off as soon as they hit the car....

Gotcha, yea my wheels werent even that dirty as I had the car detailed (required before the Gtechniq coating). I'm new to the whole detailing game so I guess it was a learning experience. -

I used half a bottle of wheel cleaner cleaning my wheels yesterday and they weren't even that dirty. This can get really expensive really quickly... I might have to get a second job just to pay for the wheel cleaner alone.
