Wouldn't using a handle/wand with stainless steel connections mitigate the chances of rust developing?

Welcome. I'm of the opinion that the condition of your paintwork determines the level of aesthetics. The more clarity your clear coat possesses, the better your car will look. Adams provides a wide range of products to cover all of your detailing needs. Furthermore, this forum is saturated with information from past and present and the members are extremely polite, courteous and helpful.

I have just started a complete detail on my 2007 Corvette. I washed it with the Strip Wash dried and then clayed the car. Next I used the paint correction polish to fix a few spots that had some small swirls. My next step is to a full Finishing Polish on the car. I normally will then apply a coat of Brilliant Glaze followed by Amaricana. My question is should I use Paint sealant on the car at all and if so before the glaze and wax or after the glaze and wax?
Using PS first will give it the most longevity. You can then layer BG and Americana or vice versa. This past weekend I did the precise procedure you've started on my daily driver and obtained phenomenal results. PS, BG, then Americana. If your vehicle doesn't travel in dodgy weather, I wouldn't bother with PS.

I wouldn't trust anyone to clean / detail my car, even using my preferred products, it just isn't the same, and if you are like me, no matter how good of a job they do, it won't suit you.

Actually just got some MRB in my latest order so I’ll jusr use that. Recommended sizing for it? I’ve heard 2 ounces?
That's what the label recommends for regular-sized loads. You could use less with smaller loads.

You may not even need to dry them. My wash media (mitts and wash pads) are nearly dry after the washing cycle.

Spray them if they are really dirty. If not then the MFR is all you need (and maybe some vinegar).
. I use a couple of ounces of MFR and a half cup of white vinegar. Seems to work well for me.

Chances are if you used a carnuba wax it has worn off already, if you used paint sealant it may be going strong still. It depends a lot on maintenance routine as well. If you want to be safe you could always wash first with strip was or an equivalent type of product.
. You should be able to tell once you pre-rinse the car before washing. Check the water behavior, and if it isn't beading and sheeting then your previous layer of protection is gone. Either way, it's always nice to start with a clean slate if you're uncertain.

Welcome to our forum!
You can apply BG under your Americana or PS. I always use Wax on my garage queens and PS on my dd's.
H2O G&G works great to help maintain your PS, you can apply every 3rd. or 4th. wash.
Hope this helps!
