Sap is gone... sprayed the whole top with CG Soft top cleaner and used my cockpit brush to agitate it and big time rinsing. Top was previously sealed with their sealant, but don't like it's performance so unless Adam's comes up with a product, 303 will be applied to it soon. Thanks for all the advice.

Success!!! Clay bar, correction polish, finishing polish and 99% spot free! Didn't want to try the steel wool.. not that confident yet. Sealed up the glass after with a product I already had, might try the Adam's glass sealer when I run out. Thanks for all the advice everyone.
