  1. Maybe start on a friend or family member's car to practice and get the feel of it? I have a daily to experiment and practice on so that what I do. If I didn't, I know plenty of people who would offer up their cars for "research."

Totally forgot I have my old work truck to practice on! Great idea

  2. What's the hang up? Cost? New techniques to learn? I'm sure we can help you get through it.

Taking a power tool to my paint is a little intimadating I just don't want to mess up anything. I've watched all the Adams polishing videos and it looks like a breeze, but I'm still a little nervous. When I do get something I think I want the swirl killer

  3. Hi Kapri, welcome to AdamsForums!

    That's a great looking Challenger...I love that color :)

Unfortunately improper washing and drying create the overwhelming majority of swirl marks and scratches, so while I do appreciate when others offer to wash my vehicle at a dealership and so on, I politely tell them absolutely no washing of my vehicles under any circumstance!

I learned my lesson. I plan on buying the swirl killer when I get the guts to do it myself lol

  4. I've posted a few times but never introduced myself. My name is Kapri below is my baby  a friend of mine from IG got me started with Adams and now I'm obsessed. I just got a paint job, but sadly after 3 washes from other people I have scratches and swirls, which is why I now wash my own car!
