  1. Very Nice. I don't know how I missed that. I thought I had seen all products. I like that brush and pole!!
  2. I am looking for a microfiber brush or soft bristle brush to do the top of large cars, like my wife's Tahoe. I can barely reach it with a mitt or pad. I wanted something that would not hurt the paint as well. that area gets really dirty and i need to be able to scrub it. please help me find something that will work.
  3. that helps a lot. I was thinking about showing my service off to a select few customers and seeing how they feel about it and make them see the difference between me and that touchless system. I def like the idea of repeat customers every few months or every month, if def is easier to keep up with a car that you have done before. I am thinking about doing my Dad's Camaro for his birthday. I would like to give it a good wash.
  4. I like the pumps, and I just put a cue tip in the end of them to help stop the leaking. I find it easy to use when needed verus picking the gallon up. I might down the road move to a 16oz bottle for the shampoo but for now the pump works.
  5. Shane, thank you, and I was worried I might step on toes. I did not want to reveal secrets. I was just trying to see if I should pursue it or not. Your right the 10 dollar car wash I can't beat in price but quality all day but do people really care.
  6. Hi, Silly question, how do you keep your gallons from leaking from the gallon pump, I used a cue tip to slide in there when not in use. What do you guys do???
  7. I hope this a safe question to ask, and not breaking in forum rules. I have been cleaning my car lately and was thinking if I did this on the weekend to family and friends rides, I have bought lots of products lately for my car and its getting expensive but I thought I could offset my expenses my washing cars to cover cost. What does a good car wash cost or do you guys charge? Steps I would take: 1. Wash wheels and tires 2. Foam car 3. Rinse Car 4. Foam Car 5. Wash car with pad 6. Rinse car 7. Dry car (Detail Spray and Air Blower) 8. Tire Shine 9. Clean door jams What would a job like that run???
  8. Ok, i know this thread is old but very interesting. I bought some gallons the other day ECO APC and Wheel Cleaner, do I dilute them or use them at full strength? I know that might sound silly but I thought it was perfect to go straight from the gallon container. I just funneled it down to a 16 or 32oz bottle. I just dont want to be using it wrong. I use APC for my tires mostly and other odd things on the car like running boards. and Wheel cleaner of course for wheels.
  9. Yes they are black plastic ones, I have Adams Eco Cleaner, I can try that to see if I can get them clean.
  10. I used X product (Hot Tire Foam) and now I got black spots on Wife's running boards, I was able to get spots off car, how do I get the spots off running boards? The vehicle is a Chevy Tahoe 2007 I use a different tire shine for now, will try Adams once this product is done with but I do use Adams foam pad to apply it with and it does great.
  11. HI! I am not a detailer, just a guy with a car. I have watched almost all the videos on here to learn more about detailing, I am entry level. I just want my rides to look the best they can and I want the best products I can get for them. I used Adam's this past weekend and I think they did Great! I used Car Shampoo to Foam it and Wash it. I also used Glass Sealant on my windshield. it has not rained yet so I am not sure how it has done, It was super easy to apply and yes I did clay it before applying it.
  12. Thank you all! I cleaned mine this weekend, I just threw the cleaner in the detergent slot in my washer and set it to HOT! It did great, towles look good, my large white towel is stained a little but its white, I am still happy with it all.
  13. Hi, I bought a gallon of the MICROFIBER REVITALIZER, my main question to you all is do you just add it to the machine, if so do you just pour it in it??? I did see where one person put it in a spray bottle and sprayed every rag before putting into machine. I just want the best results. I did buy the gallon pump nozzle thinking I would just add it to the machine but if I should put in bottle I can do that too. Thanks for tips and advice!!
