  1. Welcome, Kristian! Great looking car.
  2. I use the Eco APC, just as in the video. Rinse down, spray with APC, and I use the lug brush in the tight spots. I did not have enough grime to need the wheel brush. Then I rinsed off, and closed the hood while I did the rest of the car. Once it was dry, as others have mentioned, I use VRT and In & Out Spray. On the Vette, you will love how VRT works on the air intake under the hood vent, and how well it works on all of the trim between the windshield and firewall. In & Out spray works great on the throttle body, and around the fuse box.
  3. Thanks! I will try the LPS and H2O this weekend. I am in the Charlotte area, so I never really put the car up for the winter.
  4. I do not have anything on them surreally. I drive a Corvette, so brake dust is a problem. I have installed a lower dust set of brake pads, but any high performance brakes are going to give off dust, regardless of the pad compound. I know LSXMaestro has a new Corvette as well, and the new ZL1, so he may have some insight. I hate to use WC every single time I wash, as it is a pretty harsh chemical in general. I am hoping the LPS and H2O GG combo will reduce how often I use WC.
  5. I am interested in your results and how it works out. I have gloss black painted wheels, and they are really difficult to keep clean. I have to do the whole process using WC nearly every time I wash the car.
  6. Welcome, and good looking truck!
  7. Here are a couple of shots that include the interior. I was fortunate to win Best in Show from the Corvette Club I am in at AutoFair in Charlotte this last fall. It was held at Charlotte Motor Speedway. I was interviewed by Mike Joy and got to drive through the actual winners circle at the track! I am relatively new to detailing, and am very new to car shows. I have never entered an NCRS event, just Show and Shine events. The Adam’s detailing library here and on YouTube taught me what I know. I did the whole strip wash, clay bar, correcting polish, finish polish, buttery wax, brilliant glaze process this winter. I have also added custom underhood parts. I have spent a ton of time on the interior, as it was very dirty as a new car. VRT might be my favorite product. I am now an addicted and regaulary spend 3-4 hours detailing to keep it show ready, especially since I drive it so much.
  8. New member in the Adam's forums, but not new to Adam's products. I use a bunch of them to keep the ride show ready!
