  1. I'm sure my shop vac and myself were on the same page lol
  2. Thanks. She already got my 2 other people to schedule after she showed them her car so hopefully theirs arent as bad
  3. Cant say I didn't warn you lol Thanks!! The marks on the doors were mud that had dried. Once the plastic is actually scratched I don't think there is anyway to fix it other then replacing the panel.
  4. A very very hot shower followed the interior detail. I still feel dirty though lol
  5. Thanks. He was collecting cans in my recycle lol. Those rims have def. seen better days I wish I could have I wish they would have picked someone else lol Unfortunately I am still at work when they drop it off. The words that came out of my mouth would not be appropriate on this forum. Thanks. It really makes you wonder.
  6. My wife said it was bad before I got home from work. I was thinking the normal cars I get until I saw this
  7. Thanks it feels good to be back. I would be pretty surprised if I get something worse then that or at least I hope not Thanks. I already told them the original quote was going up due to excess trash and food. It was amazing how many pop cans, bottles, receipts, etc. shoved under the seat.
  8. Well I opened up my detailing season with hands down the worst interior of a car to date. Not only was the car a mess the meteorologist screwed up the forecast (imagine that) and it was cold. I left my brushes out after I washed the car and they were frozen solid. Normally I don't post the pictures from a basic wash, wax and interior but I had to show this one because of the inside and the amount of popcorn that was in the backseat. Pretty sure it was an entire bag. Be advised I am not responsible for anything that happens to the viewer after they see the pictures  . Here we go. The befores Here is where it gets worse Ok now that is over, here are the much better afters
  9. These are a few from last summer. Im looking forward to the possible 8" of snow we got coming which only further delays me from getting the smoker out. Ribs and taters My first try at brisket with 2 different style rubs The best brisket to date. 8 pounds smoked for a little over 9 hours.
  10. I got these made by a Grand Prix forum member. I also ordered from moo.com because their cards are a better quality then what I was getting from vistaprint.
  11. Thanks for all the responses. Another question I have would be what type of drill bit set should I be getting. I've snapped a few of my Craftsman set and am looking to replace them with a stronger bit. Main use will be drilling into wood.
  12. Thanks for the input. That kit linked above looks nice. I wonder if I could get away with this kit to save a little coin? Shop DEWALT 2-Tool 20-Volt Max-Volt Lithium Ion Cordless Combo Kit at Lowes.com
  13. Came across this one after a little searching. Thoughts? [ame=http://www.amazon.com/DeWalt-DCD980L2-20-Volt-Li-Ion-Premium/dp/B0052MIGWU/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1]DeWalt DCD980L2 20-Volt Max Li-Ion Premium 3.0 Ah Drill Driver Kit - Amazon.com[/ame]
  14. I have finally decided that I need to get rid of the POS Craftsman cordless drill that I have. I have been looking at either Makita, Dewalt, or Milwaukee. I would be using it around the house for projects that would come up so it isnt going to be getting used a lot so I'm not looking to drop $300 on the drill. I was thinking 18 volt lithium battery. Anybody have any input on what brand is going to be better for what I'll be using it for? Amy specific drill you would recommend? Thanks.
  15. I got the Tornador foam gun and returned it a week later. Like stated above it isnt really good for foaming a car. I now have a foam gun for my pressure washer that works much better. Pieced it together for around $50 i think
  16. I think they cut the same. Only advantage I can see is the 4th gen can be used on both the pc and flex
  17. Upon more research I think I may actually try to find a deal for the D3100. My mother in law has a Nikon and a few nice lenses with it that she said I can borrow as needed.
