Yeah I've cleaned it, it definitely helped. This new one just seems to work easier when compared to the other one when new. Both work great I just prefer the other.

I have the one mentioned above and like it but sometimes find it difficult opening and closing and have since found a different one to try
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003TLN81U/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_11?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
I like this one better as it is easier to open and close.

The towels that I use for H2O GG I always soak in a bucket with APC. It seems to have worked so far.

I tried a gallon of distilled water and 8oz of Adams Glass Cleaner. I don't drive the car very often so I haven't used it much, but when I did it worked great. Obviously this is a summer only solution. I'm sure I will forget about it come winter haha.

It says right on the bottle to NOT wet the wheel down first to maximize cleaning power. Maybe next time try spraying Deep Wheel Cleaner on a dry wheel. Let us know if that helps.

I like the idea of Concentrated washer fluid solution as said above.

Leather Conditioner
Detail Spray
Undercarriage Spray

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Green Wheel Cleaner. I have started using that lately and seems to work pretty good.

Oh I totally forgot to mention, grab some teflon tape also known as thread seal tape. Wrap it clockwise onto the threads on both sides of that pipe nipple.
Oops I hit refresh in the browser and didn't realize everybody above replied.

No problem, let me know if that works.

If it is indeed 1/4" NPT this is what you will need:
Watts 1/4 in. Lead-Free Brass Pipe Nipple-LF A740 at The Home Depot

Try this.... take that brass reducer that is screwed onto the black piece. Flip that around and see if it screws into the Foam cannon. If so, see if your hardware stores has a pipe nipple in that size. I believe the size is 1/4 NPT.

Ok, I will be in contact with you. I want to hold out for a little bit and see if anyone local wants to trade.

Like the title states, I have a new 5 gallon wash bucket that I would like to trade for the 4.25 gallon bucket. I don't have enough height where I like to store the buckets to accommodate the taller bucket.
If there is anyone local to Northeast Iowa that wants to trade, that would be even better yet.

Newbie here, what is this Flip Pad you are talking about?
Remove haze from the inside of the windows?

I finally got around to doing this today and am so pleased that the haze is finally gone! Next up, rear window, that is also a pain to clean.
