So Im on my way to FL for vacation. My gf is driving and we observe a guy for 20 miles swerving on I-95. We thought maybe he was either drunk or sleepy so I called HP to have him checked out. The guy had ran off the road few times and almost sideswiped a few cars. Well HP dispatch tells me a Trooper was sitting up down the road and before we got there the guy spins out and wrecks. So we stop and I get out to check on the guy. Well what do I smell? Alcohol? Nope! Marijuana! Well the Trooper arrives shortly after to investigate.
