Beard

I used All Purpose Cleaner and Metal Polish to clean my stove. I did not get a pic, only had chance to send a Snap Chat to Adam's Polishes, before the wife started cooking for her Oscar party.  I was like  I just detailed that!  .

My 19 year daughter recently bought her first new car, a 2015 Ford Fusion. Since her birthday is next week we figured getting Adam's products would be the perfect gift for her.

I placed the order this morning and then thought "Oh crap the invoice will go to her". Being a gift I did not want her to see how much I spent. I called Adam's HQ and spoke with Benjamin about this problem of mine. He immediately said he understood and would call the warehouse to make sure the invoice was not placed in the box. I then asked for a favor that most companies would have laughed at but Benjamin said it would be no problem at all.

Ask Adam's for permission before doing this but usually any local Vinyl Graphics place can print something like that.

 

I had a large print made for a cabinet at work about that size, you'd be looking at about $35-50 per sticker depending where you go and what kind of vinyl they use.

Aw man CO is way too far for me to come play, I'm in Chicago.   This past year I actually made some official boards myself based on specs from ACO (American Cornhole Organiztion). Mine do not look as cool as the ones Adam's team uses. Mine seem to be missing something.

Yep everything except standard replacement items like; bulbs, tires, brakes and exhaust gaskets.

My brother had a bunch of Cadillacs and that  brought back memories for sure.  They were the only ones that he could manage to get into, then fold up his wheelchair and get it in behind the seat.  Fitted with hand controls.  As long as I can remember he never drove anything other than a Coupe DeVille.  He's been gone for about 20 years now.

Glad it could bring back some good memories. I totally get why he wanted the space. The car is HUGE (18' 11") I even had to build special shelving high enough to fit over back of car in the two car garage.  Otherwise I could not store anything on that side of the garage,

Two weeks ago I really felt the need to clean something and have some Beard Therapy (Detailing, Cold Drinks and Cigars).

My wife's Metallic Gray 2013 Taurus Limited was in need of some TLC so I spent the entire weekend working on her ride. Process:

• Two bucket wash
• Blast Dry
• Clay Bar
• S&H Removal
• Polish
• Sealant
• VRT
• Glass Cleaner

I am amazed by Adam's products as usual. In one of the reflection shots you can even see my Caddy which is parked at the end of the driveway. So shiny and the wife loves the smell.

Not too long ago I decided to break out my old ride and give the 45+ year paint a good dose of Adam's. I did not grab great pics like I should have (I know bad Beard) however I wanted to share how nice the ride turned out.

1967 Cadillac Coup Deville. 135,000 Miles Everything is original and still needs some work.  

2 Bucket Wash, Clay Bar, S&H Removal, Polish, Sealant, Metal Polish, VRT, some Diet Coke and  a few good Cigars.

Classic!  On the other side, my wife ordered some chicken from an organic farm, and it was delivered without a single thing that mentioned 'perishable' or 'food' so I left it on the porch for her......all day.....mid summer......the smell from that box was so awful, we had to move the trash can to the corner of our yard!

Wow Adam that is rough. Hope you were upwind after moving the trash.

Funny as anything!! Hmm.... How about a polish sausage aroma for a new product???

I think Adams Polishes should have a Polish day where you grill out some Polish sausages and help people with their issues.

Or maybe Adam's could grill out at shows and sell the "Adam's Polish Special". Buy some product, Detail Spray Brilliant Glaze etc, and get a free Polish. 

My daughter gave me the best laugh last week when I needed it most.

I ordered some new Adam's products to get my detailing season off the ground and could not wait for it to show up at the house. I was at work and got the automated FedEx notification that my package had been delivered. Since I was not home I texted my daughter who would be home soon asking her to get the package off the porch and bring it inside. She said she would "Take care of it"

I got home about 9pm and she was not there. I looked all through the house and could not find the package. I texted her asking where it was, she responded" In the fridge".  I was like O_o? I look in the fridge and there is my Adam's box. I text her back asking why it is in the fridge and she texted back " It said something meat on it and I did not want it to go bad. Unless it wasn't in which case that would be a weird place for me to put it..." 

It was at this point I started laughing so hard tears came to my eyes and called her. We use Peapod for groceries and she thought it was a special order of polish sausage from some guy named Adam......

Cool. Was just surprised to see it in an episode of Sopranos....

So the wife and I are watching some old episodes of the Sopranos. In Season 6 episode 9 Paulie is up late due to his nerves and watching TV. One the TV is what looks like an infomercial for Adam's Polishes. I was like Holy $%^t rewind that one. She rolled it back and sure enough it was....I snapped a pic with my phone to share.

Not sure if this is old new or not...
