Congrats Dylan,

Like Mook said searching is your best bet. I've never worked on a Challenger paid but have done few Dodge Rams and the paint was pretty hard. A good indicator would also be sticky paint and that's a sign of soft paint or if you're geeting a lot of micro marring.

Good Luck Dylan. Thank You for all you have done for this community.

some of you have said this product isnt for what the poster used it on. its billed as a good product for winter weather car folks. yes you should spray it down first but what am i missing? using this process saved me almost an hour. it looked nice but i didnt go over it with a fine tooth come and different lighting conditions to see if i added swirls. i figure i do a correction in the spring anyway, and unless im dragging a nasty piece of grit back and forth i should be ok. is there something im missing here?
It's up to the user do figures out if it's safe to use rinseless wash on their car condition. Being that my car has two layers of QuickSealant after presure washing it most of the dirt just came off. After I presoaked the whole car with rinseless wash wiped it down with a soaked MF towel.

Where ther any micro scratches etc. left behind on the paint? One and only Adams product that i'm "iffy" about . Dirt and grim with no water gives me the hebe geebies !!!
I didn't see any. The car was pre soaked with rinse less solution and towels are soaked in it.

Wow. Pretty daring to use rinseless wash on a car that filthy, regardless of power washing the car beforehand. I would be worried about grinding the dirt in your finish (because pressure washing only knocks off the big stuff) with the towels. But if you are happy with the results, that is all that matters.
Once it was rinsed off most of the dirt came off. I was a bit worried at first but after I rinsed it quick sealant did it's job and dirt came off no problem.

Your STi looks great! Who painted your tail lights?
I found a person on IWSTI that does it. If you want a more info send me a PM.

Gave my STI an early Christmas gift.
Decided to give her a quick wash and it gave me the opportunity to try out Adams Rinseless wash.
Before pics:
Car was rinsed with pressure washer and pre soaked with rinseless wash.
Here's the towel after doing the roof.
And all finished.
Now I need to clean this up.
After using other companies rinseless washes and Adams I think they all do a great job. I can't say that one is better then another. But with few more washed I might notice a difference.

Welcome.

Oh man, I can't believe I missed this thread. Sorry to hear about your Acura, Slava. The STI is looking good man.
Thanks Randy,
I'll post some reason pics of the car sometime this week.

This new Waterless wash release makes me get the impression that this is to compete with the "Gary Dean" method.. Very cool!
I don't think that it's to compete. Wash method is still rinselsess Gary's method is just to use different towels instead of rinsing them off.

I'm glad Adam's finally came out with Rinseless Wash. Can't wait to try it out.

Can't wait. Last year was awsome.

Great job as always.
Is that Bug and Tar remover I see?

Congrats

I put the frequent use products in these bottles. I love the double action sprayer for claying as it makes it easy to lay down a lot of lube.
If you don't mind can you PM me where you get different colored bottles? I only found blue bottles.

Thanks.
Garsnow so far I've ordered my turbo back exhaust, intake and tuner. Hoping to get it on a dyno this weekend.

After my Acura got flooded from our little rain few weeks ago I've decided to get back into AWD Turbo car and found an unmolested 2008 STI with 58K miles. Car was completely stock.
The first night I had it I took off the Impreza and Subaru badges.
I also found someone to paint stock taillights. These should be here tomorrow.
Now onto the wheels. Wheels were removed and cleaned with Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner and Adams APC.
Wheels were then rinsed and clayed.
Hand Polished and sealed with a different company nano coating.
Tired received SVRT.
Wheel wells and calipers were cleaned with Adam's APC.
Brembo calipers were hand polished and sealed with another companies nano coating.
All done.
Next week I'll start on the paint and interior.

I do not mind the work in detailing, what I do not like is the cut throats that will underbid you, they have a mobile service, and wash and wax out in the hot sun with the sand blowing everywhere. I tell everyone when I talk to them, I am not the cheapest, but I do great work.
But you get alot of people that want the quick buck.
This and I hate correcting other people's work.
Specially the rotary buffer trails, easy to fix but having to explain to people that they paid for hack job just sucks.
