  1. Been on a MF Towel cleaning binge this afternoon into this evening. Now on the last bunch of the wheel/ utility towels. Right in the middle of that. Had to take a break. Wife called was hit and almost run while she was shopping at Target. A shopper and Target employee stopped him before he got away. Got his plate and they urged him to leave a note. He did the right thing. Target also has it on Camera and police were notified just in case an issue arises. Hats off to all of them.

Damage isn't bad but whole front lower fascia on 1 yr old car will need replaced since it's one piece.

  2. Bummer something wrong with the computer here. Only see the first 10 or so photos then all x's. Will have to try again tomm.:(

All it took was a reboot. Pics looks great. Thanks for posting them. Gonna make it down there sometime for a show.:)

  3. what the F...i must be getting too old for this kid stuff
I agree its crazy, but I have to admit some is pretty funny..
Wt.. is Harlem Shake? was first this I said this morning

when someone sent me a link. Have been lmao at some of this stuff searching the web since. No hope for the Human Race. Still laughing at the #1 with the Firefighters in the back.

  4. Yeah a number of stories. Rick's Wife spoke at the Memorial today. Very sobering and brought back memories you would rather soon forget.

In the big picture, we here on Earth are really nothing.
    That is so true.
  5. The NAIAS is not a "car show" in the traditional sense of people bringing out hotrods and such. It is for manufacturers only. Their aren't any vendors selling at all (at least, not in the years I went).
Was at the MotorTrendShow over Thanksgving in Orlando and their were no Vendors as well except for one Detail Product Line which I personally had never heard much about. It was strange being a National Touring Show and only this one Vendor was allowed to be there. So stood around and watched. Based on first impression was not impressed that much with the Demo or products. Wish it would have been Adam's.:)
  6. Yeah All Happy was making last payment and picking up title to car at a GMAC Office. They had a TV in reception area.Definitely was a mood changer. :(

Going over tomorrow for combined Astronaut Memorial service at the Cape at 10AM. If anyone has NASA network on cable not positive but believe they may be televising it live.

Chris Still going back and looking at all the amazing info/pix.

Thanks again for this great Thread. :)

  7. That ZL1 definitely was being taken care of.lol ;)

New Impala looked good at MT CarShow attended.

Seriously thinking of the new Vette but probably going to wait at least a year until the dust settles. Going to be cutthroat out there with many allocations gone and people trying to sell allocations/Dealers over MSRP etc.:(

the camaro was engineered and built down under by Holden..
Camaro is built in Oshawa Ontario. Now being moved back to US for 6th Gen production.

Imho can definitely see the Aston Martin influences in the '14 Fusion. Looks good.:)

  8. DVR went belly Up. Told me I couldn't just bring it in to exchange Tech has to come check it. Cable Company gave us a 10AM-12PM Window. Between last nt and this morning 4 calls asking if I rebooted/confirm Appt. Now it's 11:58 :( 80,Sunny and a nice clean car and sitting here waiting waiting. Whine over.:)

  9. Yeah Hard to believe. Most people still remember where they were that day. :( A Friend and Coworker's brother was Commander Rick Husband on Columbia. We first met when he saw his brother's first mission patch STS-96 on my old flightcase walking through the Terminal then by chance I was on Reserve Got called out to fly with him on the 737 the very next day. No BS.

Hard to believe it will be 10 yrs this Friday.:(

    Thanks for posting the link.:)

  10. I've been trying to avoid wheat for the month, it's been helping me feel a bit better, but i'm not a fan of avoiding beer...I think i'm going to just limit it to a couple of beers on a friday or saturday and call it good.
Last year posted about gving up Beer after suffering painful Gout Attacks in Foot(why it seems to attack the big toe first is still a mystery but it hurt like H E double L) Started to eliminate things that could trigger it. Make a long story short Wheat Beers was a major one of them. Have cut out Wheat Beers completely. Still endulge in an occasional Ale or Whiskey. Haven't had a major Gout Attack since. Knock on wood.:)
