I dont know if anyone else thought this too... but how many companies do you see these days trying to make things more affordable for their customers. It seems to me that if a company wanted to make more money, they would create a product that only had limited function, thus enabling them to create another product to fit a different need and requiring the consumer to spend more to meet that other need.
Adam's is actually doing extensive R & D to make things easier and more cost effective for their consumers. Waaaaaa??? A polishing pad that meets both of our needs for both the PC and the Flex. Seems to me that they are trying to do right for the customer. Unheard of today! But THANK YOU!
Oh... And I'm placing my 4th order today in the last month and still haven't been able to even use the stuff yet! (I've gotta stop reading these forums and testomonies in my free time) It's amazing how far a little true customer service goes! I can't wait to get back from this deployment!!
