  1. New truck so the interior is clean. So your saying that I have to use the Leather and Interior Cleaner and then wipe it down with a damp cloth? I was not aware that I had to use the condiotioner afterwards. Glad I got the Total cleaner and dressing so it can be a one step, I hope?? Now would i have to wipe down with a damp cloth after using the total interior cleaner and dressing?
  2. I did not know there was a conditioner. I am refferring to the cleaner as my post indicates.
  3. Hi, Hopefully someone can give me some idea as to what's happening. I cleaned the interior of my truck with the Leather and Interior cleaner. Which includes the front back doors panels and the dash. After a really big rain storm I got in my truck to go out and noticed that the dash and all the door panels had what looked like stains on them. upon closer inpsection it actually looked like I had left the windows open and the rain got everything all wet. BUT nothing was actually wet it only lookedlike it was wet. The next day when it was dry out everything looked fine. But when it get really damp out the stains come back. I first thought that I did not cover the applied areas well enough so I was planning on getting back out and redo the interior but I've not had the chance. Any ideas? I love the Adams products but I am very dissapointed if the cause is the interior cleaner. I just placed another order and this time I got the new interior detailer kit. any idea will be appreciated. thanks
  4. that may work - guess I never thought of that. thanks
  5. Hi, I'm pretty much still a newbie when it comes to detailing as I've only been doing it for less than a year. While doing a full exterior detail I am haveing trouble with knowing how much to use? Buttery wax & Brillian Glaze - As per the instructions and the videos I apply a little bit but the problem is I don't see it haze on the whole area? It only hazes on the areas where it seems to be the heaviest. Should there be a complete haze cover of the vehicle? This is kind of what I am expecting. Quick Seal - Can't see it go on? Seems to make a big mist as it is sprayed and i am assuming it's going on. thanks
  6. I have a Specialized Roubaix Pro and no it is not a cheap hobby. I never had any problems cleaning any of my other bikes until this one. It has a matt finish and nothing just wipes off. Everything just smears. I've used the regular simple green which doesn't work. I have an industrial degreaser which I use by hand with paper towels to hand wipe it. It's white so everything shows.
  7. ok, thanks for the clarification. I'm new to all this stuff and don't know what every is or does.
  8. Not looking for protectant, just trying to find something that will help me get the grease off easy. Are the detail spray and waterless degreasers? Thanks for the help.
  9. I hope this give you an indication of the finish. Let me know if it doesn't I could do more pics. The pics are not coming out like they usually do on my other forum. Not sure why.
  10. It's actual carbon fiber, painted with a matt finish.
  11. I'm not looking to dress up the bike but trying to seal it to make cleaning it easier because the matte (non glossy) finish seems to attract grease and I can only get it off by using a degreaser on a paper towel and even that's not easy. I'll try the quick sealant on an area on the front forks and I have some SVRT coming this week. Thanks for the replies.
  12. Sorry if I am a little off subject here. Just wondering it I could use the quick Sealant, Brilliant Glaze and Buttery wax on a carbon fiber bicycle? The bike it has a matt finish which attracts grease and is a pain to keep clean. I think I remember reading that you can use the sealant on any non-porous material. I think the carbon might be porous because the way the grease sticks to it. any suggestions appreciated. thanks
